Finally after a few years of effort my book “How to Rebuild and Restore Classic Japanese Motorcycles” is going ahead!

February Update: Its listed on Amazon – The cover is not to my liking but there is still time to change it.

What is in it: The book will cover Classic Japanese motorcycles from the mid 60’s to the early 80’s, (specifically up to 1984 when the GPz900R came out).

The book covers all aspects of planning, repairing, rebuilding and re-assembly of these machines. It typically focuses on multi-cylinder engines but has usefull snippets from many models as needed in the text. For the budding restorer the book will guide you through the processes needed to turn a neglected machine into a show piece or even a custom Retro-Mod.

When: Its due to be published in 2015.

Who: Motorbooks Publishing – the largest publisher of Automotive books in the world.

Formats: The book will be available in physical book form, eBooks and PDF excerpts.

Some excerpts of the images you will find in it… updates on the book can be read here
